2026 Adventure Day Camp

Welcome to Boardman Park Adventure Day Camp Summer 2026 Programs.

Adventure Day Camp is a little different than your traditional summer Community Based day camp!! Each day the campers experience 5 different subjects. Groups are normally divided by grade with the curriculum designed to be age appropriate, educational, and fun! Our goal is to blend summer camp fun and nature education. Most of our time is spent OUTDOORS!! Kids stay active by participating in daily scheduled educational programs focusing on the following:
  • Arts & Crafts: Daily art lesson and hands-on craft projects.
  • Creative Communications: Keep those English skills sharp with fun projects, music, team building activities and more!
  • STEM: Each Day is different, Social Studies, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics
  • Jr. Naturalist: become adventurers and discover nature through hands-on trips into the woods and other FUN science experiments.
  • Sports: Run, kick, pass- we keep the campers active with lots of games. It’s PE class outside everyday!

Boardman Park Adventure Day Camp is committed to providing Recreation programs and keeping participants safe and healthy in a social, fun and active environment.
All programs are subject to change, modification and cancellation to attain those objectives.  Each Camp Session has its own unique components and Camp Director will be reviewing individual programs and identifying specific pressure points to make sure we keep program participants and staff safe and program sites.
All campers regardless of ability are required to adhere to the camp policies and procedures. 

As a reminder Boardman Park’s Adventure Day Camp is a recreational-community based camp and we are happy to assist every camper to the best of our abilities. The Camp does not have the capability to provide one-on-one support. In the past we have worked with the Knapp Center to provide assistance for campers and their families as deemed necessary on individual basis. It is the responsibility of the parents to contact the Knapp Center before registering your child for camp to ensure staff availability.
